The dramatic change in the world
Almost every day I hear how rapidly climate change is advancing on earth. Headline News is everywhere about it. We read statement suchlike: “The climate crisis is the biggest threat to the whole of humanity”, “Global temperatures rise and the catastrophic consequences of extreme events.” Scientists making their reports of the danger to the inhabitants of the planet: “Not only is the planet undergoing one of the largest climate changes in the past 65 million years, Stanford climate scientists Noah Diffenbaugh and Chris Field report that it's on pace to occur at a rate 10 times faster than any change in that period. Without intervention, this extreme pace could lead to a 5-6 degree Celsius spike in annual temperatures by the end of the century.”
As climate change rapidly, so does human behavior I never have thought in my lifetime that I would witness such a huge change in human behavior. I grew up respecting and honoring my father and mother. They had authority over me. Their words were laws, and I had to obey it. Today, kids respect more their pets than their parents. Parents no longer have the moral standards to pass on to their children. Whatever the State says it is acceptable. I grew up in a generation where the divorce was rare; couples would marry and stay together fulfilling their vows. I would go to a church for a wedding ceremony and hear the words: “I, John, take you, Mary, to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward; for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love, cherish, and obey, till death us do part, according to God’s holy law. In the presence of God, I make this vow.” Today, most couples no longer marry but live in common-law. There are no more vows, and when they say it, they do not mean it. I would never think to see the same-sex couple making vows before a judge, and living together with the same civil rights as the heterosexual marriage relationship. I would never think that homosexuals would have so much power that in such a short time their ideas would dominate the worldwide media, manipulate political leaders in the world, and impose society to accept their lifestyle and behavior. I grew up seeing a few left-liberals pushing homosexual concepts while a great majority of conservative opposing them. Now, not just left parties, but even the so-called conservatives are taking their side. Trump, had stated in the UN about a world campaign to criminalize anyone who would not decriminalize homosexuality. This is a leader that not too long ago would condemn homosexual union openly2. What makes a minority group have so much power that compels the leader of the most powerful nation of the world bows his knees to their agenda?

In Toronto, a few months ago Pastor David Lynn went to prison for preaching in the gay community zone. Nonetheless, David never used words against homosexuals, yet just for being a Christian was enough for him to go to jail. He is now considered a persona nongrata in the city. Recently he could not even rent a space to hold his church meeting since he was targeted by city authorities as a hatred speech person. Meanwhile, a Muslim man had made a public declaration in Toronto to a reporter saying that eventually the Muslims will introduce sharia law in Canada and they will exterminate every gay person in the country. However, the media, the LGBT community and the city authorities had said nothing about his statement.2 I never thought that one day I would witness followers of Christ being targeted as villains, and at the same time, a minority group who constantly attacks moral and family values portrayed as heroes.
Let’s look how far gay activism had gone:
1. World leaders surrender to Gay “Rights” Movement:

President Trump Mentions U.S. Global Initiative to decriminalize homosexuality in U.N. speech

“In a surprise move, President Trump included in his speech before the United Nations in September 2019 his administration’s global initiative to decriminalize homosexuality in the more than 70 countries where it remains illegal. … In an interview on Fox News yesterday (December 17, 2019) the openly gay US Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell had quoted the words of President Trump; “We cannot criminalize someone for being gay. “We can all agree on the religious community, right or left political parties that you shouldn’t be criminalizing homosexuality.”3

It is important to comment that there was a time when adultery was considered a civil crime in some nations; however, it has been decriminalized in Europe and many parts of Latin America. In the Old Testament, the law’s penalty for adultery was death.4 In the New Testament no longer an adulterer would be stoned to death; but, he/she should repent and come to Christ. Jesus told the woman caught in adultery: “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?” “No one, sir,” she said. “Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”5 Homosexual offenders also were condemned to death in the Law6 as an adulterer was. And the same New Testament teaching applies for both cases. Repentance and run to Jesus’s for forgiveness.7

President Trump might fulfill his goal to decriminalize homosexuality on the civil level; nevertheless, he can’t abolish the offence against divine law. Later on, I will talk more about the subject.
2. Conservative media comply with Gay agenda: The Hallmark Channel is reversing its decision to pull advertisements featuring same-sex couples and apologizing for removing them in the first place.

The decision comes after Hallmark parent company Crown Media Family Networks faced calls from viewers and advertisers to boycott its television channel.
President and CEO Mike Perry said that the company made the "wrong decision" and wants to reinstate the commercials: "The Crown Media team has been agonizing over this decision as we've seen the hurt it has unintentionally caused. Said simply, they believe this was the wrong decision”.
3. Some former conservative Christian denominations are following. They give in to the gay agenda:

In 2018, the 223rd General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA) voted to affirm its commitment to the full welcome, acceptance, and inclusion of transgender people, people who identify as gender non-binary and people of all gender identities within the full life of the church and the world. It went further to lament "the ways that the policies and actions of the PC(USA) have caused gifted, faithful, LGBTQIA+ Christians to leave the Presbyterian church so that they could find a more welcoming place to serve, as they have been gifted and called by the Spirit.” See more.8

When obeying God’s law became a crime
It is important for the Christian community to recognize the difference between sin and crime. In a simple definition, sin is opposing God's will, and crime is opposing to civil laws. Sin is defined by God; while crime is defined by man.
Here is the big challenge for the true disciple of Jesus Christ. Is today’s society considering some of God’s law a crime? Yes, they are. Then Christians will be considered criminals and lawbreakers by civil laws. Eventually, persecution will be inevitable for those who decide to obey God rather than Cesar.

What did happen to humanity?
I hear many religious people saying that the devil is the one responsible for the growth of immorality and persecution against Christians. Yes, the devil is evil, he has nothing good. He is a murder, the father of lies. However, you will be surprised who is allowing the progression of evil.
The book of Romans shows that God is the person behind it. According to the Scriptures, God had surrendered unrepentant men to their own evil desires. God had given up on a society that hates him, who hates his Word, and who hates his people. That is why the process has speeded up in a few decades. It is a domino effect. It had started with the European leaders, then North Americans and will continue to spread all over the globe.
The result of this ungodliness is portrayed in the book of Revelation. For those who are trying to save the planet from global warming, they should read the Bible. There is still the global nuclear devastation that will truly hit this planet. It is not by chance that the word of God says:
"Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea.” Revelation 21: 1
According to God’s word, this planet will melt with fire. It might be a nuclear war between radical worldwide Islam, the liberal Western civilization. The scenario is almost ready for the prophecies final fulfillments:
“But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything were done in it will be laid bare” II Peter 3: 10

Is significant to comment, that will be increasing persecution against Christians from both sides (Secularism and Islamism) as it is already happening:
“I am sending you out like sheep among wolves…Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.” Mathew 10: 16-28; 24:
Read carefully the following Scriptures:
“For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles. Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen. Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way, the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.” Romans 1: 21-27
Undoubtedly, you can see that in fact, the homosexual power of our days is nothing else but a divine curse sent by God; because of the evil behavior of men. Idolatry, sorcery, immorality, among other sins, are not considered crimes by civil laws; but by the Divine Court, such sins will bring an eternal punishment to unrepentant men.

Reading in the same passage it tells us that because of men’s evil desires to sin, God gave them the freedom to do whatever they want to do:
“Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind so that they do what ought not to be done. They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they have no understanding, no fidelity, no love, no mercy. Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.” Romans 1: 28-32
Additionally, the Scriptures describe that because of the lack of knowledge these deceptions were believed by men. It wasn’t God’s fault, but man’s stone heart. Carefully read the passage. It will explain easily to those who desire to know the truth:
“They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. 19 Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.” Ephesians 4: 18-19

Which law should I obey?
When civil laws interpose God’s law, no matter the price to pay we must obey God. This had happened many times in past generations; godly men, rather than worship idols or following immoral regulations they chose to obey God’s law. Rather than please men, they chose to please God. Rather than chose hell they chose heaven. Rather than chose Satan, they chose Christ.
“Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus. 19 But Peter and John replied, “Which is right in God’s eyes: to listen to you, or to him? You are the judges! As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.” Acts 4: 18-20
“Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings!”
