Mission Report: Thailand 2025

During two blessed weeks in Chiang Mai, Thailand, I had the privilege of teaching at the Effective Minister Training program, led by Pastor David Lah. This year, the school welcomed 62 Burmese students serving in Thailand, Myanmar, Australia, Finland, New Zealand, the United States, and Singapore — all committed to growing in their calling to serve Christ.

My classes focused on Soteriology, Christian Leadership, and The Preparation and Relationships of Leaders. Because most students speak Burmese, all teaching was translated, creating a dynamic environment marked by learning, fellowship, and deep spiritual hunger. On Sundays, I also ministered at the local Burmese church in Chiang Mai.

A special joy was using my book, Joseph’s Wardrobe, as part of the leadership curriculum. Many students testified that these teachings strengthened their understanding of ministry and their personal calling.

My host, Pastor David Lah, is a Burmese missionary whom I have known since the early 2000s during his ministry years in Toronto. He is a man of deep integrity and vision, having planted around thirty Burmese churches across Asia. His leadership continues to bless countless lives.

Thank you for your prayers and support. Every encouragement, every intercession, and every expression of love contributed to the fruit of this mission.

In Christ,

Pastor Adauto Rezende
